Fats Waller’s swing “Honeysuckle Rose” has been recorded by nearly everybody, and the version by Django Reinhardt, Stéphane Grappelli and the Hot Club of France is a classic. In this lesson, you’ll learn a new voicing that can function as a minor seven or major chord (in this case, a Gm7 or a Bb) and a solo on “Honeysuckle Rose” composed by Aaron. Aaron shows you the new voicing and the chord progression to “Honeysuckle Rose” in this video.
