Robin and Linda Williams:“The Devil is a Mighty Wind”
The husband-and-wife duo perform their original song on “A Prairie Home Companion.”
Robin and Linda Williams have been performing and writing together for four decades, and their songs have been covered by Tim and Mollie O’Brien, Kathy Mattea, Emmylou Harris, and many others. They are frequent guests on A Prairie Home Companion, and during a recent show, they played their original song “The Devil is a Mighty Wind” with the house band.
The stage is full of guitars from the Huss & Dalton Guitar Company. Linda is playing a TOM-R and Robin is playing a custom TD-R with Brazilian rosewood back and sides, and red spruce top. Sitting on the stand behind them is a Huss and Dalton custom TOM-R with Brazilian rosewood back and sides.
