Model R12 DLX | Froggy Bottom Guitars
Guitarist Lance Allen demonstrates an all-mahogany 12-fret.
Froggy Bottom’s R models are instruments that draw their inspiration from mid-1930s Gibson small-bodies. Available in 12 or 14-fret configurations, the guitars measure 14 1/2 inches across the lower bout, and they have short 24 3/4 inch scales. Like all Froggy Bottom guitars, Model Rs are available in a many possible custom configurations, and in this video, guitarist Lance Allen plays an all-mahogany R12 DLX, courtesy of Nashville’s Guitar Gallery.
