Benjamin Scheuer | “Weather the Storm” | Froggy Bottom Guitars

Songwriter Benjamin Scheuer plays an original song from his award-winning one-man, six-guitar show, THE LION.

March 27, 2020

Songwriter Benjamin Scheuer created a remarkable one-man show called THE LION, chronicling his life, his relationship with his father, his fight with cancer, and much more. The show debuted off-Broadway in 2014 and was propelled by his original songs, which he played on six guitars throughout the performance. Two of those were made by Froggy Bottom Guitars – an H-12 that was a 30th birthday present from his two younger brothers and which has an Adirondack spruce top and Madagascar rosewood back and sides, and a K-14 with Adirondack spruce top and Bastogne walnut back and sides.

In this video, Benjamin plays his song “Weather the Storm” on his Froggy Bottom K-14 in March 2020.
