A cool dreadnought design from Martin Guitars, built with solid woods and with a size that falls in between a Little Martin and a standard Martin dreadnought.

Elderly Instruments presents Chris Rietz demonstrating a cool design from Martin Guitars. The Martin Dreadnought Junior is a small-body dreadnought built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides. Its 24-inch scale is one inch longer than a Little Martin and 1.5 inches shorter than a standard Martin dreadnought, making it perfect for traveling while maintaining a full-sized sound. The Martin Junior comes equipped with a Fishman Sonitone pickup system, so you’re ready to plug in on the go.
