The Santa Cruz founder and flatpicking virtuoso team up for a presentation about the company at Organic Sounds Guitars.
Richard Hoover co-founded Santa Cruz Guitars almost 50 years ago, and he continues to lead the company. San Francisco Bay Area flatpicking virtuoso James Nash has played his Santa Cruz OM (serial number 105) for decades, and the guitars is an integral part of his acoustic voice. Recently, Hoover and Nash teamed up for a presentation about Santa Cruz Guitars at Organic Sounds Guitars in Santa Ana, California, and in this first part of four videos, the two discuss Santa Cruz history, and Nash performs on his guitar.
