Northfield 4th Gen F5 #25 | Northfield Mandolins
A special one-off version of Northfield's popular 4th Gen F5 Model.
Northfield’s 4th Gen F5 is one of the company’s most popular models. Occasionally, the Northfield builders create a special one-of-kind instrument, and the 4th Gen F5 #25 in this video is such as example. Featuring a special finish that’s the result of a collaboration with mandolin finish expert Josh Luttrell, a custom set of Gotoh tuning machines, and the highest grade of woods, this instrument sets itself apart both with its appearance and its sound. In this video, Northfield’s Derek Smith demonstrates and discusses the special mandolin.
