Martin Guitars is renowned for the loyalty among its employees, many of whom make a long-term career out working for the historic company. In this video, 36-year Martin employee Susan talks about her path at Martin, which includes her grandfather working for the company, starting out coiling strings, working in customer repair, and ultimately being one of Martin’s neck-fitters for many years.
