Long-time Elderly repair guru heads for retirement.
Instrument repair guru Joe Konkoly began working at Elderly Instruments 37 years ago. Earlier this year, he passed the reins to the Elderly repair shop to the next generation of leadership as he’s headed for retirement. In this video, Joe introduces his successor Steve Olson (a long-time member of Elderly’s repair team), shares memories from him decades in the shop, talks about reviving his own Konkoly Guitars production in his home shop, and more!
