Our Irish Mandolin instructor Marla Fibish recently played tunes and fielded questions from her students during a half-hour Facebook Live event. Viewers tuned in from as far away as the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, and Australia, as well as closer to our broadcast location in Northern California. During the event, Marla gave us insight into how she thinks about and executes picking for jigs, warming up before and playing, developing speed, and other helpful topics raised by her students.
