Peghead Nation guitar and mandolin instructors Scott Nygaard and Joe K. Walsh recently conducted a Zoom workshop on Soloing and Improvising, in which each of them discussed their unique approaches, and took questions from their Peghead Nation students.

During the discussion, Joe and Scott touched on topics including using skeleton and target notes when creating a solo, following the chord progression while improvising, developing your own unique voice and style, and much more.
