A conversation between the Santa Cruz founder and signature artist from a recent Peghead Nation Facebook Live event.

Peghead Nation recently hosted a Facebook Live event featuring Santa Cruz Guitar Company founder Richard Hoover and signature artist Eric Skye. Moderated by Peghead Nation’s Teja Gerken, the conversation centered around the tenth anniversary of the Santa Cruz OO-SKYE Eric Skye signature model, how it was developed specifically for Eric’s needs as a fingerstyle and flatpicking guitarist, why its specs and woods were chosen, and more. Richard and Eric also talk about adjusting their activities to the reality of COVID-related shutdowns, and Eric performs several tunes.
