Small Town Therapy is the instrumental duo of Adam Roszkiewicz and Leif Karlstrom, who both play in the roots band Front Country and the Modern Mandolin Quartet. They released their second album, Dreams and Circumstances, in 2019, a great mix of progressive acoustic compositions featuring fiddle, mandolin, and acoustic guitar, with guest musicians John Mailander, Eli West, and others.

Adam and Leif stopped by the Peghead Nation studio last fall and played a few tunes, including the guitar and mandolin piece “Ramona’s Waltz,” which they recorded on their self-titled 2014 album.
