Evie Ladin: “Give the Fiddler a Dram”
Our Clawhammer Banjo instructor plays an old-time favorite in the Peghead Nation studio.
While Peghead Nation’s Clawhammer Banjo instructor Evie Ladin was in the studio recording a Vega Vintage Star banjo demo, she took a moment to play a few tunes on that instrument. In this video, she plays “Give the Fiddler a Dram” (or as it was called by the announcer at the 1938 White Top Fiddle Convention “Fiddle or a Dram”) was recorded by C.B. Wohlford.
