Peghead Nation banjo instructor and “Banjo for Dummies” author plays three original tunes.
May 13, 2015
Bill Evans is a busy banjo player. He not only teaches Peghead Nation’s Beginning Banjo and Bluegrass Banjo courses, he’s just started a new trio with flatpicking guitar legend Dan Crary and bassist/singer Steve Spurgin, and released the follow-up to his best-selling Banjo for Dummies book: Bluegrass Banjo for Dummies.
Bill recently took a break from shooting his Peghead Nation video lessons to play a medley of three original tunes from his Bill Evans Plays Banjo album: “Leaving Owensboro,” ”Catching the Dickens,” and ”Corey’s Slide.” billevansbanjo.com
