Joe K. Walsh and Scott Nygaard: “East Tennessee Blues”
Peghead Nation mandolin and guitar instructors play the popular old-time tune at our first Mandolin Camp.
Our first Peghead Nation Mandolin Camp was held at Kowana Valley Folk School and Lodge near Yosemite, California in mid-October. Students spent four days immersing themselves in great instruction, rotating through classes with Sharon Gilchrist, John Reischman, and Joe K. Walsh teaching mandolin and Scott Nygaard teaching guitar.
Joe and Scott played this great version of the old-time favorite “East Tennessee Blues” during the instructor concert.
