Front Country, the award-winning Northern California bluegrass band, releases its first full-length album, Sake of the Sound, this week. The band, which consists of Melody Walker (vocals and guitar), Jacob Groopman (vocals, mandolin, and guitar), Adam Roszkiewicz (mandolin), Jordan Klein (banjo), Leif Karlstrom (fiddle), and Zach Sharpe (bass), has been winning contests (Telluride, Rocky Grass) and dazzling audiences with its high-energy progressive bluegrass and powerhouse vocal blend.
