Froggy Bottom has created a spectacular Model K guitar to be raffled off in conjunction with Northeast Heritage Music Camp and their Musician's Healthcare Fund to benefit musicians facing large expenses and other challenges due to serious medical conditions. The 1,500 raffle tickets are nearly sold out, and you can learn more here.
The guitar has stunning Brazilian rosewood back and sides, with a dramatic sapwood strip surrounding the seam in the back. The top is 65 year-old master grade Adirondack spruce. It's a beautiful, one-of-a-kind instrument. In this video, you'll see luthier Michael Millard with this special Model K and you'll hear Scott Ainslie play the guitar.
